So, Lilo was at a 46 year old’s house for a sleepover (totally normal)

and when the ladies woke up in the morning, expensive jewelry was missing.

even if this 46 year old is your best friend in the world Lindsay (which she should be, because lord knows you look 46) even she COMPLETELY woke up and looked straight at you.

it was a great summer weekend in Chicago

I celebrated a friends birthday in Old Town

did some window shopping for dresses + skirts I cannot be buying…

and was lucky enough to find a $279 Club Monaco dress on sale for $29.

I couldn’t believe my eyes.

luckiest find of the year.

watched the air and water show on a rooftop

found this lovely unconscious man on the walk home and had fun for a few minutes

and celebrated my beautiful friend’s engagement

random thoughts for Friday…..

I wish I were wearing this today

and speaking of which, we need to cease all conversation about fall.
It is causing me to have SDD,
but the opposite of what normally causes it.
And yes, fall clothing is just grand, but I can wait.

I would prefer to live like her, all day, everyday.

This tortoise shell bracelet needs to be on my wrist ASAP.

I don’t care if its on PB Teen {implying it is childish and not for totally-mature-ladies like myself} this initial lamp {found via LA in the Bay} is too damn cute.
