I hope you all had a great weekend!
We went to University of South Carolina bright and early Saturday morning to visit Kip’ youngest brother with some of his cousins.  (6 am wake up to make it in time to tailgate before the game!)
It was such a fun weekend, but we are still exhausted from it!
We went to the football game and it was about 90 degrees outside (felt like 9,000) and then torrentially down poured for awhile.  We were SO lucky to have a little sliver of covered seats to escape the sun and then the rain, and it was actually an amazing game.

After the game we went out out in Five Points to the cutest outdoor bar that has dogs running around and cornhole (bags) and some seriously good food.

I loved getting to see their campus, downtown area with the bars, and greek village.
It was just SO different from Miami of Ohio where I went to college.
I can’t imagine going to school in an actual city where everything is so spread out and there are actual PEOPLE everywhere other than students.
(I loved it….. but it also made me SO happy that I went to Miami. I loved living in our little college bubble where it’s only college students everywhere and walking to everything).

It was such a fun weekend…… and a harsh realization that we 1. are OLD and 2. CANNOT hang with the college kids.
Oh to be young and fun and have the tolerance + hangovers of a college kid again………
