I went to an amazing engagement party for one of my best friends at Little Goat on Friday

how cute are these? best last names to join forces ever.

I never knew how amazing goat was – there was a goat quesadilla that changed my life.

Sunday I had brunch with girlfriends and we ventured to an apple orchard for a fall funday.

after all that good old fashioned family fun

there was a gem of a strip joint we passed on the country road….

I mean…. have you ever seen something so fantastic in your life?

I actually got 2 splinters and my finger was bleeding because I ran and jumped to lay in front of this with far too much excitement.
worth it.

Cheers to the weekend!!

I have so many things that I have written in pretty handwriting in my pretty planner to check off the list this weekend!

Sadly, so true.

Gap opened in my neighborhood this week, and I am excited to stroll on in there this afternoon. (two stories and all!)

I am planner obsessed.

I don’t know what it is, but I get so giddy about buying a planner and writing in it and labeling everything (bonus points for color coding).

Sure, I’ll put events in my iPhone, but mainly, it’s only the planner I care about and look at..

I came across Erin Condren last month after searching online for a new planner for an embarrassing amount of time. It is amazing and completely customizable – and of course, most important, so damn pretty.

I customized my cover with my name in the style below,

but as you can see from above, you can add photos and 9 million other options.

{I’m already wishing I had make the back cover my monogram signature that I have below, or the striped blue and pink T. Damn!}

It is such a great size, super durable with a laminated cover, so much space for everything, tons of personalized stickers, notes section…. I’ll stop but you get it.

Erin Condren also carries so much more than planners – personalized address stickers, wrapping paper, holiday cards, stationary. The list goes on and on.

I’ve been tired (and complaining I’m sure) like a 4 year old lately and have had no energy to contribute my dumb, pointless commentary on serious journalism and educational shows to the blog…. and for that I apologize.

I haven’t been able to comment on so many things!!!

As I am writing this I am already falling asleep…. but just a few things:

ugh. why god why?

Mainly, how Ben (Francine) from The Bachelor was somehow even linked to Kris Kardashian in this divorce situation.

I mean….. WHAT???

and Khloe… you’re killing me. What’s the deal??

Last night’s Keeping Up with Blah Blah longest title ever and so many damn K’s, she was having all those wierd conversations with him and NOW I’M EVEN MORE CONFUSED. Had she known all along about the drugs? Or did she just think he was depressed??

I haven’t watched anything on Glee yet this season, but I heard the tribute this week was a serious tear jerker.

Last week’s (not last night’s… ugh I’m so behind) Homeland was the biggest yawn I’ve ever seen.

DANA….. YOU’RE KILLING ME.

and I am soooo excited Lauren Conrad is engaged.

One of my bff’s was in from NYC this weekend, and we had such a great time. I am still recovering from our epic Heads Up battles {greatest app ever made}. We were asleep on the couch by 10 pm saturday….. and these are people who party more than I do, so that is really saying something.

I missed Miley on SNL because my DVR didn’t record…. until I’m able to watch, how was it? Did you want to chuck things at the television whilst yelling profanities?

I had a friend’s gorgeous wedding this weekend and it was so much fun.

I need to upgrade fom the iPhone 4 asap…. the camera barely works and ever since I downloaded the new software (I hate it, the calendar especially – it’s awful) my phone is running even more slowly. I hate technology sometimes.
