Sorry not sorry for no Coffee Talk today.
(off the top of my head, Marge is going more and more insane on Jersey every week slash I am loving it, the people on Vanderpump Rules repulse me and I keep having to turn the volume to almost mute so that nurses can’t hear what is coming out of my computer when I watch it, and between my-boyfriend-Andy-Cohen’s baby shower, the commercials for Feb 12 premiere of BH, and the trailer release of NY, Bravo is giving me LYFE this week).
People ask me what I spend all day doing in the hospital on bed rest and I really have no idea where the days go…….
I still have barely made a dent in the DVR, I’ll start a show and then get distracted or get hooked up to monitors or someone will call or I’ll drop into an instagram hole or I’ll fall asleep or I’ll write a thank you note or I’ll watch the start of something on Netflix (Fyre) and not finish it…….
I meannnn I literally have no idea. Some days are better than others.  I got nothing but time and try to do what I can to distract myself but I think I just end up sitting here staring something or sitting with my eyes closed.  Just trying to stay positive and sane and keep growing two healthy girls.

So! A distraction! A quick blog post!  I have some pictures my lovely husband took pre-bed rest that I need to share so I figured I could start sharing those 🙂

This was literally my go-to outfit for December and January! My husband would say “oh are those new leggings?”  and “oh is that a new sweater??” which is his favorite thing to do when I wear something to the point of repulsing him (his favorite: “oh is that a new robe???”)

Now, my favorite NON-maternity leather leggings are the Commando over the Spanx because the Commando have much more of a realistic leather look and feel, but I searched high and low for maternity options and the only pair that even come close are the Spanx Maternity Faux Leather Legging.  Trust me.  Many pairs were shipped and returned in the process.
For the Spanx, I went up to a size Medium. The small felt way too tight for me!

This cowl neck sweater came in Maternity and non-Maternity at Loft and I’ll link it below but sizes are selling quickly.  Sooorryy. Little delayed in posting outfits these daysIt is so buttery soft and yummy and I wish I had it in every color under the sun.   And as I have mentioned before, OTK boots have been my lifeline for pregnancy since it got cold outside.  They made my legs look long and thin and I think they are a PERFECT go to for wintertime.  These are old from Forever21. 

ALSO.  This poncho sweater is super similar to the one that I was planning to shoot after my ultrasound that landed me in this hospital bed is fully stocked 🙂  The original does still have a few sizes too.
I assure you….. I looked RULL cute heading into the hospital on MLK day for my perinatal appointment….. this sweater, dark skinny jeans, monogrammed booties and my oversized sunnies……. just take my word for it.

And snag this bow back sweater while you can because I am in love and eventually I’ll be able to wear it in public…….

Ok….. I’m off to hopefully finish this Fyre documentary on Netflix, or finally finish my thank you notes, or finally get my brain to shut off with some deep breathing and a pint of ice cream 🙂
