Cute Cooking Gadgets
This piggy is made out of silicone and you put him over your bowls when you microwave dishes. It lets the steam out of the snout so dishes cook evenly! It also keeps food from splattering all over the microwave and is a grip to open that jar of salsa that won’t budge.
Making pancakes has become a new Sunday tradition, and I think I am pretty damn good at combining Bisquick or Crackel Barrel pancake mix with water and whipping up a stack.
This dispenser wouldn’t let me make fun shapes, but it would make it that much easier because I won’t have to clean up the batter drips from all over the counter!

Winning….
My never ending cold won’t stop rearing it’s ugly head, I have hours of studying ahead of me, and now I have a large Irish lad who is home sick and needs to be better by this Saturday for THE happiest day of the year. While I work on getting us both a serious dose of Tiger Blood … enjoy some more Charlie Sheen madness. Seriously… it never gets old. If you’re sick of it… there is something horribly wrong with you.

Not-So-Little Surprise Cookies
I found this recipe that combines cookies + candy (gypsy score!) and am soooo happy I did. I had a bit of a mishap baking the first round…. but my taste testers said the giant mis-shapen cookies were still yummy! I highly recommend making these with whatever your favorite candy bar may be – they were super easy.
