Protein Pancakes or Waffles

An easy breakfast for weekdays or weekends that you can top however you like!
Ingredients
  • 2 Eggs
  • One single serving container Unsweetened Organic Applesauce
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (I use Tone It Up)
Instructions
  1. Mix eggs and applesauce.
  2. Add in baking soda and protein powder and mix.
  3. Pour into waffle maker or make individual pancakes.
  4. (Makes a batch of Pancakes or 2 Waffles)
  5. Top with syrup, fresh fruit, chocolate chips cream cheese, anything you like!
